Brothers Adam and Marc Nourafchan established Lunada Rose Partners in 2023 with a vision to redefine real estate investment by embracing a thoughtful and genuine approach, prioritizing enduring value over the pursuit of quick returns. Raised in Southern California within a family deeply embedded in real estate, Adam and Marc bring a unique blend of passion and extensive experience to the firm.
Marc Nourafchan
Managing Partner
As a Founder and Managing Partner of Lunada Rose Partners, Marc Nourafchan serves as the firm’s Head of Asset Management where he oversees and directs all operational, financial, and legal matters, with a particular focus on managing LRP’s Sun Belt portfolio of industrial, medical, and multifamily properties in Texas, Florida, and Georgia.
Marc started his real estate career in 2011 with PRG Family Office, where he served as its Chief Investment Officer and Head of Asset Management. In this capacity, he was instrumental in executing PRG’s multifamily investment strategy in the Sun Belt region. Between 2013 and 2021, Marc led PRG’s strategic expansion, successfully deploying over $200 million of equity across core and value-add strategies in Texas, Georgia, and Florida, resulting in the acquisition of over 2,300 class-A multifamily units. He also served as the primary liaison for all out-of-state assets managed by third-party firms. Demonstrating his hands-on leadership style, Marc spent a year in Orlando, Florida to directly oversee and execute the capital expenditure and renovation programs for three key properties, all of which reached full stabilization and exceeded projections under his guidance.
Marc received a Master of Science in Real Estate from Columbia University, a Juris Doctorate from UCLA School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Southern California. He is also a licensed attorney and real estate broker in California. Outside of the office, he enjoys skiing, the gym, and spending time with his two sons.
Adam Nourafchan
Managing Partner
Adam Nourafchan is a Founder and Managing Partner of Lunada Rose Partners, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy, overseeing the sourcing, structuring, and execution of deals. In addition to his core investment responsibilities, Adam drives business development, capital raising, branding, and the overall corporate vision and strategy for Lunada Rose.
Before co-founding Lunada Rose, Adam was a key member of the investment team at a New York City-based real estate private equity and debt fund. There, he honed his expertise in value-add, opportunistic, and special situations investing across the capital stack. Earlier in his career, he served as an analyst at a deep value hedge fund specializing in distressed corporate credit, where he underwrote opportunistic and special situations joint venture equity investments for the firm’s real estate division. Adam’s professional journey began in 2013 at PRG Family Office, where he played a pivotal role in asset management and led the design and execution of value-add capital expenditure programs for the firm’s initial Sun Belt property acquisitions.
Currently splitting his time between Beverly Hills and New York City, Adam holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Columbia University, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Southern California. He is also a licensed attorney in California.
